Our Story
At All You Need Music, we love helping musicians, music students, teachers, schools and seasoned pros find their perfect musical solutions. At our music store or online, whether you're learning, streaming, recording, performing, setting up your new studio, we're here to help you quickly find the perfect instrument and the right piece of pro audio gear.
With over 30 years of experience in music education, our passion is helping to bring music to as many lives as possible. Through our music schools, the Canada Music Academy and the Montreal Academy of Music, we bring a collaborative, diverse team together, welcoming everyone, and supporting our communities and staff through musical experiences, training and education.
We carry a selection of musical instruments, pro-audio gear, DJ equipment, accessories and more from favourite brands like Yamaha, Fender, Shure, Selmer, Ludwig, Epiphone, Blue as well as educational brands including Orff instruments and percussions. We are based out of Brockville, Ontario, Canada and we look forward to serving you.
Meet Our Team
Samia
Founder and Director
Meet Samia, our founder and director with a passion for both music and leadership! A McGill University grad, she dazzled audiences with the Ravel piano concerto and snagged top honors at the McGill Concerto Competition and has performed across Canada and the world. With over 29 years in business and music, she’s a sought-after music coach whose students have graced Carnegie Hall and gone on to international careers in music. Samia was the President of the Brockville Concert Association for ten years and was recently awarded the Brockville Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year. In addition, she has recorded 5 albums as a singer-songwriter, directs music at Wall Street United Church, and mentors aspiring artists.
Lisa
Store Manager and Customer Support
Lisa has been an integral part of All You Need Music since 2009, managing the store with expertise and dedication. Starting as one of the Academy's very first students, she studied voice, piano, and guitar before transitioning into a professional role. Today, Lisa oversees daily store operations, builds strong relationships with suppliers, educators, school boards, and community organizations, and works to enhance local music programs. Her wealth of experience and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Bryne
Customer Service and Product Support Specialist
Bryne is a standout teacher at the Academy with nearly 10 years of experience and a perfect 10/10 review rating! He’s also a key player at All You Need Music, where he excels in customer support and product guidance. With a rich background in teaching, composing, performing, and recording, Bryne helps customers pick the right instruments and understand pro audio gear. Bryne’s blend of musical expertise and tech savvy makes him an essential part of both our Academy and store!
Mike
Business Development
Mike is our dedicated store supervisor who’s returned from retirement to support arts organizations like All You Need Music and the Canada Music Academy. With a background in sales management, he’s committed to helping us grow and improve our operations. Mike’s love for music and passion for supporting the community shine through in his work. His experience and customer-focused approach make him a valuable asset to our team.
Debbie
Customer Support and Office Manager
Meet Debbie, our amazing sales and management lead who’s been rocking the team since September 2017. With 20 years experience running her own business, she’s a pro at customer service, finance, and accounting. Debbie’s dedication to delivering top-notch experiences makes her a fantastic resource for both our students and teachers, ensuring everyone gets the support they need.
