It's easy to return an item to All You Need Music. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly help you to exchange or return your product.
- All in-stock items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- All “Available to Order” order items can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Certain special order items may be subject to an additional restocking fee. Contact us for more details.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- All items must be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear, use or abuse on the item itself or collateral materials. Items showing signs of wear may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- All items must be in its original packaging and include all collateral materials such as manuals, cases, straps, picks, pedals, bows, cables, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards and any other materials that originally came with the item.
- Shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.

Contact us and we can help arrange the return shipping. We’ll send you a label and let you know where you can drop it off. Pickup can also be arranged for a small additional fee.
Customers will be required to cover both the cost of the original actual shipping fee paid by All You Need Music (including “Free Shipping” items) as well as the return shipping.
Items not eligible for return include but aren’t limited to:
Special order items, custom orders, discontinued, clearance, used, previously owned, demo model or deal zone items. Opened packages of reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, mouthpieces, microphones, strings, cleaners, polishes.
