Resound HD As a company of musicians, Samson always tries to be in touch with the needs of artists. The revamped Resound HD line is a perfect example of our design meeting the demands of musicians. We've re-imagined our incredibly popular Resound line of passive PA speakers with increased power handling and great versatility from a variety of different enclosure options. Beefier woofers and upgraded compression drivers give the new Resound HD series all the style and performance you would expect from professional-grade PA speakers. RS10M HD Being able to hear yourself and your band on stage with power and accuracy is an important aspect of any performance. That's why we decided to expand the versatility of the Resound HD line to include wedge monitor enclosures. Like the traditional Resound HD PA speakers, the monitor woofers have been revamped for increased power handling. The RS10M HD houses a custom designed 10-inch woofer with 300 watt peak/150 watt RMS power handling at eight ohms. It also has a 1.5-inch titanium compression driver for enhanced performance on the top end. The RS10M HD enclosure employs the same redesigned solid, all-wood construction as the Resound HD PA enclosures, resulting in a durable, portable cabinet. With professional style and performance, it works perfectly in any sound setup on any stage. And since it's tough and lightweight, it's also ideal for gigging musicians. Two-way passive wedge monitor enclosure 300 watt peak/150 watt RMS power handling @ 8 ohms Custom designed 10-inch low frequency driver 1-inch throat horn 1.5-inch titanium compression driver Dual-port tuned enclosure Dual 1/4-inch and Speakon® connections
The JRX212 is a portable, twelve-inch, two-way speaker system designed specifically for live performance stage monitoring applications. JBL 12 in low frequency driver with a 64 mm (2.5 in) diameter edgewound ribbon voice coil which provides more cross-sectional wire area in the voice coil gap than round wire designs, for greater efficiency and power handling. JBL 2414H-C 25 mm (1 in) polymer diaphragm compression driver improves high frequency performance as well as system reliability. The advanced network topology crossover design shapes frequency response and delivers "coherent summation" in the crossover region. High-voltage capacitors and inductors with massive cores and heavy gauge wire enable the crossover network to handle high power without saturating.
Progressive Transition™ high frequency waveguide provides superior coverage control, reduced distortion, and smoother frequency response.
The rugged, acoustically superior enclosure is constructed from 19 mm (.75 in) MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) using advanced adhesives and mechanical fastener technology for extreme durability and improved low-frequency performance.
SonicGuard™ protects the high frequency driver from excess power without interrupting the performance.
Non-resonant, all-steel handles are used.
Attractive 18-gauge hexagon perforated, steel grille protects components from damage.
Dual-angle pole-mount socket allows the speaker to tilt 10°for more uniform audience coverage.
The EMX7 and EMX5 models feature a built-in high-efficiency power amplifier of 2 x 710W and 2 x 630W of output power respectively. Despite their low power consumption, these amps are capable of very high volume output, yet still manage to remain surprisingly lightweight. Both models also come equipped with an onboard overload protection function to improve reliability and prolong component life and performance quality. With their intuitive, user-friendly architecture, the EMX7 and EMX5 can be setup and operated quickly and easily by users with a fundamental understanding of sound reinforcement. Their versatile enclosure design allows users to choose from a variety of vertical or horizontal placements depending on the type of application. From a tabletop, floor, or installation environment no matter used on a tabletop or from a seated position with the mixer placed on the floor.
