Return Policy

It's easy to return an item to All You Need Music if you are not satisfied. We will gladly help you to exchange or return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.*

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days or exchange your product for you. Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Customer will be required to cover both the cost of the original actual shipping fee paid by All You Need Music (Including “Free Shipping” Items) as well as the returning shipping fee. Please see return instructions below.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt on shipped orders to arrange a Purolator/Fedex pickup of the returning package.
Please make sure you have contacted us prior to returning your item as we can only accept a return providing that the customer has used a pre-arranged pickup number issued by All You Need Music.

Returns must include all original packaging, manuals and warranty cards. Customer must supply a copy of the original invoice. All returns will be inspected. Up to a 25% restocking charge may apply. Items showing signs of use, wear or abuse may be refused.

All returns must:

  • Include an All You Need Music Return Authorization Number.
  • Be in its original packaging and include all collateral materials such as manuals, cases, straps, picks, pedals, bows, cables, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards and any other materials that originally shipped with the instrument.
  • Be in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear, use or abuse on the item itself or collateral materials.

The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened: strings, reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, Mouthpieces, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths, internal earphones, harmonicas, drum heads, or sticks, turntable cartridges, bulbs, or tapes.

If defective, the following items will only be exchanged for the same product: software / soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos.

Returns after 14 days will NOT be accepted.
No returns on special orders/non-stocks, discontinued or clearance / discounted items.

All You Need Music does not give cash refunds. Purchases paid by Visa or MasterCard will be refunded by a credit to your card. All other authorized returns will be credited to the customer account or refunded via All You Need Music cheque based on customer’s request. Please allow up to 10 business days for all refunds.

Return Instructions

Please follow these instructions carefully:

Item must be packed in its original packaging with all the paperwork that came with it. Do not write on the manufacturer's box (if there is one).

On your Invoice there should be a space provided for RA # (Return Authorization). Email our Customer Service department with subject heading “RETURN REQUEST” to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once you have your RA# (Return Authorization), write it in the space provided on your invoice.
Returns sent to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Affix the label on the outside of the box.

Make a copy of your invoice for your records. Place the original invoice inside the box.

Please be aware that if you do not return all parts of the item in brand new condition (including warranty card, manuals, free gifts, etc.) it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
